As the Sun moves through the watery realms of Pisces and joins Neptune on the 23rd of February, we feel the transformation of our world upon us.
Transformation is the keyword for the past week. Violent struggles in Kiev, rumblings of civil unrest in Venezuela; the energies of the Uranus/Pluto square doing its work on our collective psyche.

In the Tropical Zodiac, Pisces is the 12th sign; the culmination of lessons learned traversing the Wheel, it is the Sea of Electric Blue consciousness which knows no boundaries, we float in oneness with All That Is, unconditional Love and Golden Light swirl in us and through us; for here is peace.
But in fact, we are in the body, and though at certain times throughout our lives, we may have extraordinary experiences and glimpse the Electric Blue Sea of Consciousness, for the most part we are immersed in density. With all the limitations and lessons, our mission is to learn and understand, and most importantly, to LOVE.
The New Moon occurs at 11 Pisces (Mutable-Water) and exactly trines Jupiter at 11 Cancer (Cardinal-Water) and is sandwiched between Neptune at 6 Pisces and Chiron at 14 Pisces. There are many emotions floating in the collective consciousness at this time, and as Pisces seeks a higher expression, we here on Gaia, may feel dreamy, foggy; crystalline focus is elusive, our mind wanders and our imaginations are expansive. For artists this is an excellent time for allowing the Divine to manifest on the canvas or for a new melody to come into being.
Although Mercury is in Aquarius (Fixed-Air), on the day of the New Moon, our Trickster friend is Stationing Direct, and will further add to the fogginess of the day.
To add to the strangeness, several hours after the New Moon, early on March 1st, Mars in Libra (Cardinal-Air) Stations Retrograde. As Mars makes an about face, he is conjunct the North Node, Asteroid Goddesses Vesta (also Station Retrograde on March 1st) and Ceres, and in a tight square with Venus as she moves through the late degrees of Capricorn (Cardinal-Earth). There may be issues with hearth and home, what we want and what makes us feel safe may be threatened in some way.
And on March 2nd, Saturn at 23 Scorpio Stations Retrograde. Saturn in Scorpio is in its detriment. Scorpio (Fixed-Water) as a water sign, has difficulty with boundaries and Saturn seeks structure. In Scorpio Saturn stirs up deep emotions about resources, what is MINE, what is YOURS.
Also at this New Moon, Jupiter in Cancer is exactly Square Uranus at 11 Aries. Later in the week on the March 6th, Jupiter will turn Direct. With all these energies changing direction and the Sun in Pisces, it will feel like a surreal roller-coaster ride. Who said what, who is in charge (of the Ukraine), minds changed, and indecision abounds. With Pisces the optimal route is to surrender and go with the flow, as we know, before long the Sun will move into Aries, a better time for action and forward motion.
During this Pisces Moon Cycle, allow yourself to be a conduit for creativity, imagination, and for Divine Love to flow through you and into the world and all those around you.
