Diamonds Are Forever…
Astrologically speaking, there has been much talk of the Six Pointed Diamond/Star configuration that will occur on July 29, 2013. On the day of this Last Quarter Square, the Moon in Taurus, moves into position with five other planets to complete a Six Pointed Star and bring forth opportunities for Magic.
Magic is an interesting word, and conjures many different images in our psyche; a magician with his bag of tricks, a medieval sorcerer with crystal wand and pointy hat, a few witches circled around a cauldron casting a magical spell, or in the modern world, the gods of consumerism promising all of your dreams will come true if you just spend a little more money on ?
Magic has many associations, but real magic cannot be bought or sold, real magic comes from the Heart, in moments.
And how many of us miss these moments of magic in our daily lives? Our attention is diluted, we attempt to multitask, distracted by technological gadgets, countless errands, mind-numbing TV; how often we take for granted—a smile from our beloved, laughter from a child, perhaps a Hummingbird gifts you with her presence and the world stills for a moment…simple moments in connection, yet so powerful, so magical.
Use the Six Pointed Diamond/Star energy to create a little magic in your life. A smile for a stranger, a kind word for a co-worker, a small surprise for your beloved, these are the magic moments in our lives, and they are around us and within us everyday, we only have to PAY ATTENTION.
This Diamond/Star configuration is technically known as a Grand Sextile in astrology and means six planets are all exactly 60 degrees apart, thus surrounding the Earth with the Sacred Geometry of a Six Pointed Star. Sextile aspects present us with opportunities, the energy does not fall in our lap, such as with the Trine, we must be proactive, we must pursue our dreams.
